THE PURPOSE HERE IS NOT A LINK EXCHANGE
OR SOME kINDA FREEBIE! The intent is for a listing
of the most useful pool and billiard resources found on
or offline for real world pool players and fans not virtual
game players.
This is not a free for all! Be considerate of the players and fans of this
sport for whom these various catgorized areas were set up to begin with. Remember
they are looking for useful information. Not an all day search in the hay for
that one straw. I decide in the end which bookmarks, messages... stay. My Time.
My Rules. Add Tour and Tournament Announcements
& Results and other info in the most appropriate category area yourself!
Do not write to me and expect me to do so. I do not have the time. If you add
to the wrong area, too many areas....Big NO NO! I will weed areas out that become
too bulky for use.

- You can create a link to your own tournament announcement
web page from OTC.
- Don't have your own web page? That's OK. Just
add info to the event schedule on the same page
- Or
visit and add info to the / Billiard's
Community Message Board.
About The Tournament
Event Schedule!
When adding a tournament to the event schedule that does
not repeat PLEASE! Be considerate. Fill in when the tournament will be
over so that we don't have to trip over and get confused by a bunch of info on
tournaments that have already occured in order to find out about upcoming events!
Category Links:
To help or simply make more work for our poor webmistress (that would be me) we
(OTC, also me... well...Andy too...didn't disagree) have decided to seperate links
into individual categories, one page per category. Two main divisions: WWW Links
& Local Spotlighted Links.You are invited to add your link(s)
in both our regular WWW Link Categories and in the Local Spotlight

add only to areas your link is related to and PLAY NICE!
- Choose a category above to view our
selection of billiard links.
- Add-A-Link:
At the bottom of most category pages you are given the opportunity to add your
own favorite pool & billiard web links, including your own pages.
- And!
Your Done: Automatically your link will appear in the pending list.
In most cases your link will appear immediately in our pending list, where they
will await for more permanent addition as is convenient for the webmistress. Please
note: to keep this Add-A-Link option active I have to have at least 5 links pending
at all times. So...
In The Future: Some
of the categories may be closed to additional links. Some categories may become
moderated, meaning that even though you may submit them automatically; in order
for them to even appear as pending more permanent addition they must be given
a tentative "ok" first. I may have to implement this more restrictive
interaction in the future for various reasons; most simply and probably if this
happens it will be due to abuse. There have already been a few submiters who have
"spammed" categories and/or added links that have nothing to do with
pool or billiards. OTC is not responsible for links added
to the above mentioned categories. Even after a link has been added to a more
"permanent" status it doesn't necessarily mean that I have spent extensive
time at the site or page in question. We want to keep this site as safe as
possible for the "general" audience. But... I'm only one person
(me, Janice aka "Jayce" the OTC Webmistress) and already have much more
on my plate than I can really handle. Help me out by directing our attention
to links that don't seem to work, pages that are in bad taste...

Local Spotlight: For links pertaining to owner's whose "real world"
location is anywhere in North Carolina, or resides in the SouthEastern United
States. But! Particularly for Raleigh, North Carolina and surrounding areas.

you are given the opportunity to add-your-own URL and description at the bottom
of the page. Add your URL to this section only if it is pool and billiard related
and your "real" location is in the SouthEastern United States, preferrably
within close proximity to Raleigh, NC. Cue
Makers residing in the SouthEastern United States - If you are not
already listed and wish to have your name, webaddress (if applicable) real address,
phone#, email... added to OTC's Directory
of CueMakers in South Eastern United States, or if you are listed but
there is a problem with that listing; please contact

Carolina Pool Rooms - If your a pool room owner or if your favorite
place to play in NC is not listed or the listing needs correction on OTC's
200+ NC Pool Rooms use this online
contact form to send a message to the OTC Webmistress (Janice) with your information
- include name of the pool room, address, phone#... as well as Webaddress
& Email if applicable.
